Twenty two teachers from Minnesota and Wisconsin attended BrainU 2001 which was expanded to include another fun-filled week.

During the two weeks:

they researched the movements and senses of C elegans on the U of MN's St Paul Campus,    

 

 

 

 

had round table discussions about teaching methods,
 

prepared neuroscience activities,


 

learned about the latest in web-based neuroscience resources,

 
and created two different neuron models.....
